Ich bin etwas skeptisch, was Phillips 66 angeht. Die Schließung der Raffinerien in der South Bay bei Los Angeles ist zwar ein interessanter Schritt, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das langfristig so positiv für den Aktienkurs ist. Klar, das Grundstück hat enormes Entwicklungspotenzial für Wohnungen oder Logistikzentren. Aber der Verlust von 8% der Benzinproduktion in Kalifornien ist schon heftig. Außerdem sehe ich Risiken bei der Umweltsanierung des Geländes - das könnte teuer werden. Der aktuelle Kurs von 127,6 € erscheint mir daher etwas hoch. Ich rechne eher mit einem Rückgang in Richtung 120 €, bis mehr Klarheit über die Zukunftspläne herrscht. Die Umstellung auf erneuerbare Kraftstoffe klingt zwar gut, aber ob das die Raffinerie-Verluste ausgleichen kann? Bin da noch skeptisch und würde erstmal abwarten.
