Hey Leute, ich hab mir gerade die neuesten Zahlen von Vonovia angeschaut und bin eigentlich ganz optimistisch. Klar, die haben immer noch Verluste gemacht, aber die sind deutlich geringer als letztes Jahr. Und was mich echt positiv stimmt: Sie halten an ihrer Prognose fest und erwarten sogar, am oberen Ende der Spanne rauszukommen. Das zeigt doch, dass die Jungs Vertrauen in ihr Geschäft haben. Klar, der Immobilienmarkt ist gerade nicht einfach, aber Vonovia scheint die Kurve zu kriegen. Mit dem aktuellen Kurs von 31,25€ sehe ich da noch Luft nach oben. Ich denke, 35,50€ sind in den nächsten Monaten drin. Ist nur meine Meinung, aber ich bleib da dran!
