Ich finde, Vonovia sieht gerade echt interessant aus. Die haben zwar immer noch Verluste, aber die werden kleiner - das ist schon mal ein gutes Zeichen. Und sie bleiben bei ihrer positiven Prognose für's Gesamtjahr, das gibt mir Hoffnung. Klar, der Immobilienmarkt ist gerade nicht einfach, aber Vonovia scheint das ganz gut zu managen. Mit dem aktuellen Kurs von knapp 31€ sehe ich da noch Luft nach oben. Ich denke, 35-36€ sind in den nächsten Monaten drin, wenn sich der Trend fortsetzt. Ist natürlich keine Garantie, aber ich bin vorsichtig optimistisch.
