- Umsatz bei rund 136 Mio. EUR (2019: 131 Mio. EUR) plus 3,8%
- EBITDA rund 22 Mio. EUR (2019: 16,2 Mio. EUR) plus 35%
- EBIT auf über 13% und rund 18 Mio. EUR gesteigert (Vorjahr 9,4%; 12,3 Mio. EUR)
Das EBITDA ist damit um 50% über den Markt-Konsensschätzungen für das abgelaufene Jahr.
Der Auftragseingang Ende 2020 war mit 92 Mio. Euro noch verhalten, hier wartet der Markt im Q1 auf Meldungen, sonst wird die Luft für den Kurs dünner. ABER: Wer sieht, was auf dem Markt für Elektroautos los ist, der kann sich zurücklehnen und abwarten. SiC für Halbleiter wird die kommenden Quartale stark nachgefragt sein und irgendwann starten die Waferhersteller den nächsten Investitionszyklus. Dieser Punkt kommt immer näher!
