Ich bin echt beeindruckt von Marriotts Q4-Zahlen! Die haben ja echt abgeliefert mit dem Gewinn pro Aktie von 2,45 $, das hat die Erwartungen locker übertroffen. Und der Umsatz von 6,43 Mrd. $ war auch top. Was mich besonders freut, ist die starke internationale Nachfrage, vor allem in Asien und Europa. Die Zimmerpreise konnten sie auch gut anheben, ohne dass die Auslastung drunter gelitten hat. Klar, für Q1 2025 sind die Prognosen etwas unter den Erwartungen, aber das macht mir keine großen Sorgen. Langfristig sehe ich Marriott gut aufgestellt. Die expandieren kräftig mit fast 7% Netto-Zimmerwachstum letztes Jahr und haben über 30 Mio. neue Mitglieder für ihr Bonusprogramm gewonnen. Außerdem pushen die ihre Technologie-Transformation, was auf Dauer die Effizienz steigern sollte. Alles in allem denke ich, die Aktie hat noch Luft nach oben. Mein Kursziel wäre so um die 290 €, basierend auf dem aktuellen Wachstum und den Aussichten.
