FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)--Dürr will die Dividende für das abgelaufene Jahr um 20 Cent auf 0,70 Euro je Aktie anheben. Wie der Maschinen- und Anlagenbauer mitteilte, hat der Aufsichtsrat den Vorschlag am Mittwoch abgesegnet, er soll der Hauptversammlung am 12. Mai zu Abstimmung vorgelegt werden.
Die Ausschüttung entspreche 36,1 Prozent des Gewinns nach Steuern und liege im oberen Bereich der bei der Dürr AG üblichen Spanne von 30 bis 40 Prozent.
