Die Aktie wurde kurstechnisch masakriert. Dabei verdient man immer noch prächtig, wie man hier entnehmen kann (Daten vom 11.08.22):

Für mich sind die Bedenken 1+2 von al_sting damit ausgeräumt.
Auch das Interview des CEO sollte man sich anhören, da er ja nicht unumstritten ist. Bei Staramba war er aber nur Co-Investor und nicht im Fahrersitz, daher bewerte ich hier nur, wie er die Deut. Konsum REIT führt und da fällt mein Urteil positiv aus.

Für mich ist die Aktie eine antizyklische Gelegenheit mit Inflationsschutz (>84% der Mieten indexiert) auf Sicht von 24 Monaten.
