Hey Leute, ich hab mir die Bath & Body Works Aktie mal genauer angeschaut und bin ziemlich optimistisch. Klar, der Einzelhandel hat's nicht leicht, aber die machen echt 'nen guten Job. Die Bewertung sieht mit 'nem KGV von 11 echt günstig aus. Und jetzt kommt der Hammer: Ein Aktivist-Investor will bei Macy's für Veränderungen sorgen, was indirekt auch Bath & Body Works pushen könnte. Die haben ja 'ne Menge Läden in Macy's Kaufhäusern. Wenn Macy's seine Immobilien besser nutzt, profitiert Bath & Body Works davon mit. Ich denke, da ist noch ordentlich Luft nach oben und sehe den Kurs locker bei 42,50 € in nächster Zeit. Klar, bisschen Risiko is immer dabei, aber ich find die Chancen überwiegen hier deutlich.
