Die Zukunft des E-Autos liegt in China. Mehr als jeder zweite Wagen mit Elektroantrieb wird laut dem Finanzdienst Bloomberg in der Volksrepublik verkauft. Dafür sorgen nicht nur private Kunden, sondern auch Verkehrsbetriebe. Mehr als eine halbe Million E-Busse sollen in China unterwegs sein. Zum Vergleich: In den USA sind es Bloomberg zufolge weniger als 1000, viele davon – beispielsweise in Los Angeles – stammen vom chinesischen Branchenführer BYD.
5,1 Millionen Elektroautos weltweit
E-Mobilität ist ein riesiger Wachstumsmarkt. Das hat Warren Buffet schon vor über zehn Jahren erkannt und in BYD investiert.
