Atari is engaged in a lot of business ventures. They are not doing things that they don't know how to do, rather they're following a partnership approach and leveraging the amazing brand name that's been around for 50 years in the gaming industry. For the hotel deal they've based the deal on a royalty basis getting 5% of the hotel revenues. They also came up with their own crypto token which is gaining traction in the crypto world (rising from around a cent to about 38 cents as of 30th March 2021). They have also made a move on the NFT (non fungible token) side. This move capitalizes on the nostalgia for the classic video games and the new craze for NFTs, which enable the authentication of unique digital items. I truly believe that their partnerships on these various fronts bode well for the company and its investors.
