Ich bin ziemlich bullish für Astellas Pharma. Die neuen Daten zu PADCEV in Kombination mit Keytruda sehen echt vielversprechend aus - die Überlebensraten haben sich im Vergleich zur Chemo verdoppelt! Das könnte ein echter Game Changer in der Behandlung von Blasenkrebs werden. Auch die Einreichung für die bedingte Zulassung von Avacincaptad Pegol in Japan finde ich spannend. Wenn das klappt, wäre es die erste zugelassene Therapie für geografische Atrophie dort. Insgesamt sehe ich bei Astellas viel Potenzial in der Pipeline. Der aktuelle Kurs von 9.312 Yen erscheint mir daher günstig. Ich denke, da ist noch Luft nach oben und peile mittelfristig die 12.000 Yen-Marke an. Klar, Risiken gibt's immer, aber die Aussichten stimmen mich optimistisch.
