Die UmweltBank AG mit Sitz in Nürnberg (ISIN: DE0005570808) will für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 eine Dividende in Höhe von 0,33 Euro ausschütten. Über den Vorschlag stimmen die Anteilsinhaber auf der heutigen Hauptversammlung in Nürnberg ab.
Dies entspricht einer Anhebung von 3,1 Prozent gegenüber der Dividende im Vorjahr (0,32 Euro). Es ist die zehnte jährliche Erhöhung der Dividende in Folge. Damit liegt die aktuelle Dividendenrendite auf Basis des derzeitigen Aktienkurses von 11,75 Euro bei 2,81 Prozent.
Das Geschäftsvolumen stieg im Jahr 2018 um 9,5 Prozent auf 4,1 Mrd. Euro. Die Bilanzsumme kletterte um 6,1 Prozent auf 3,7 Mrd. Euro. Der Jahresüberschuss lag bei 16,9 Mio. Euro (2017: 16,7 Mio. Euro). Das Neukreditgeschäft stieg um 26,3 Prozent auf 542 Mio. Euro.
Seit ihrer Gründung 1997 hat die UmweltBank insgesamt über 23.000 Umweltprojekte mit zinsgünstigen Förderdarlehen finanziert. Als erste grüne Bank Deutschlands startete die UmweltBank AG am 25. Juni 2001 auf dem Börsenparkett.
