Gutes Quartal
Der Heimtierbedarfshändler Zooplus meldet für das erste Quartal des laufenden Jahres einen Anstieg der Gesamtleistung von 73,6 Millionen Euro auf 97 Millionen Euro. Belastet wurde allerdings das Ergebnis des Konzerns. Hintergründe sind ein Preiswettbewerb sowie einmalige Aufwendungen im Rahmen der Markterschließung in der Türkei. Auf EBITDA-Basis meldet das SDAX-notierte Unternehmen für die ersten drei Monate des Jahres einen Verlust von 0,5 Millionen Euro, unter dem Strich von 0,6 Millionen Euro. Im Vorjahresquartal hatte Zooplus noch leichte Gewinne verzeichnet.
Konzernchef Cornelius Pratt bestätigt am Dienstag die Prognose für das laufende Jahr. Man wolle eine Gesamtleistung von mehr als 400 Millionen Euro erzielen, zudem einen EBITDA-Gewinn im niedrigen einstelligen Millionenbereich.
Die Commerzbank hat die Einstufung für Zooplus nach Zahlen auf "Buy" mit einem Kursziel von 50 Euro belassen.
