Profiteur der Schaukelbörsen - Nun auch als Übernahmekandidat!
Die Fintech Group - vielen besser bekannt unter der Marke Flatex - ist ein deutsches Fintech mit starken Wachstumszahlen. Man schwimmt, derzeit ganz undramatisch (anders als Wirecard), auf der Welle mit. Von volatilen Börsen profitieren solche günstigen Brokerhäuser kräftig - und zwar in beide Richtungen. Angesichts der Wachstumsziele sieht die Bewertung mit einem 20er KGV noch moderat aus.
BUY.
Update 08.07.2019: Nachdem ich unglücklich ausgestoppt wurde, ging es kräftig aufwärts. Grund ist, dass sich die Fintech Group ins Schaufenster für potentielle Investoren gestellt hat. Man prüfe strategische Optionen. Das macht Sinn, da man der letzte unabhängige Broker auf dem deutsche Markt ist und sicher etwas mehr Volumen vertragen könnte - auch wenn die Wachstumszahlen stimmen.
Zunächst profitierrt erstmal der Kurs und es spricht nichts dagegen, dass es auch so weitergeht.
Ich halte meine Position.
