unkalkulierbare Risiken
Mit Mosanto hat sich Bayer vollkommen unkalkulierbare Risiken eingekauft. Zahlreiche (Sammel-)Klagen und Schuldsprüche mit extrem hohen Strafen sind zu erwarten. Vor einigen Tagen hat nur ein Ehepaar 2 Milliarden USD zugesprochen bekommen. Die Sammelklagen senken das Risiko für Betroffene und erhöhen die Klagebereitschaft. Das Papier befindet sich überdeutlich im Abwärtstrend. Das Tief von ca. 40 EUR kann sehr schnell erreicht werden. Hier geht es wirklich um die Existenz des gesamten Unternehmens. Ich rechne mit einem weiteren Kursverfall bis absehbar ist, dass ein Großteil der Klagen abgeschlossen ist. Dann rechne ich mit einer feindlichen Übernahme bei der lediglich die Patente von Interesse sind. DIe Chinesen könnten Bayer übernehmen. Angeblich haben sie Bayer gehackt. Da wollte man sich wohl die Interna etwas genauer anschauen. Auf eine Rally bei Übernahme zu hoffen, halte ich jedoch für zu riskant. Bisher ist überhaupt nicht absehbar welches Ausmaß die Klagen noch annehmen können. Rennt solange ihr noch könnt.
