Die 8-mg-Dosis hat bereits den primären Endpunkt erreicht, der für die nächste Studie erforderlich ist. Ergebnisse aus der 12-mg-Dosis von CTP-543 werden jedoch erst im dritten Quartal 2019 erwartet, und dies wird ein Hauptkatalysator für die Aktie sein. Es ist möglich, dass die 12-mg-Dosis möglicherweise eine deutliche Verbesserung gegenüber der 8-mg-Dosis von CTP-543 darstellt.
