heissgelaufene Märkte machen eine Trendwende wahrscheinlich
Seit Jahren stark steigende Kurse bedingt durch billiges Geld prägte bisher den Markt. Solch eine lange Phase bullischer Märkte ist historisch praktisch einmalig. Negative Nachrichten werden nur im geringen Ausmaß eingepreist. Positive Nachrichten führen häufig zu enormen Kurssteigerungen. Die mediale Berichterstattung erscheint häufig undifferenziert positiv. Hinzu kommt ein großes Schockrisiko durch Kryptowährungen deren Kursentwicklung rational nicht mehr zu erklären ist. Ich halte es für wahrscheinlich, dass eine Vielzahl dieser Währungen wieder verschwindet. Sobald die erste längere Verlustphase eintritt, wird es zu massiven Panikverkäufen kommen. Ob viele Leute überhaupt noch einen Cent bekommen werden, ist fraglich. Der Crash dieser Währungen kann schnell auf andere Märkte überspringen.
Besonders problematisch sind die langsam anziehenden Zinsen. Es gibt eine eindeutige Korrelation zwischen steigenden Zinsen und fallenden Aktienmärkten. Kein Wunder: Dem Markt wird Liquidität entzogen die dann für Anschlusskäufe fehlt. Außerdem zahlen Firmen höhere Einkaufspreise die nur begrenzt an den Kunden weitergegeben werden können = weniger Gewinn, höhere Finanzierungskosten (z.B. über Anleihen). Auf die ersten Zinserhöhungen folgen häufig in schneller Abfolge weitere Erhöhungen.
Insgesamt erscheinen die Risiken die Chancen mittlerweile deutlich zu übertreffen. Ich rechne mit dem Beginn der Baisse in diesem Jahr.
