Lynas bei anhaltend hohen SEE Preisen noch günstig
Lynas Corporation ist ein australischer Selten-Erden-Element (SEE) Hersteller. Er betreibt das Bergwerk Mount Weld in Western Australia und eine Aufbereitungsanlage in Kuantan, Malaysia.
Lynes produzierte zwischen Januar und März 2017 mit 4332 t mehr SEE als jemals zuvor. Vor zwei Jahren lag der Ausstoß bei gerade mal 2043 t.
Die Verarbeitungsanlage in Malaysia läuft mittlerweile gut und kann auf Grund der seit Anfang des Jahres deutlich gestiegenen SEE Preise entsprechend Umsatz und Cash-Position steigern.
Den Umsatz steigerten die Australier im 12-Monatsvergleich um 6,6% auf 69,3 Mio. AUD.
Gleichzeitig erwirtschaftete Lynes im Auftaktvierteljahr einen Cashflow von 11,6 Mio. AUD, so dass die Cash-Position von 38,5 auf 52,6 Mio. AUD stieg.
Sollte diese günstige Tendenz anhalten, könnte sich Lynas in einiger Zeit in die Gewinnzone vorarbeiten.
Risiken sind:
dass der Anstieg der SEE Preise rein spekulativer Natur sind
dass der Anstieg der SEE Preise durch China induziert sind und genau so schnell wieder sinken können (Lagerhaltung !)
Sollte jedoch der Anstieg der Preise nachhaltig sein und Lynas die Gewinnzone erreichen, dürfte die Aktie davon deutlich profitieren, zu bedenken ist jedoch, dass diese sich schon mehr als verdoppelt hat!
