trotz aller unkenrufe muss man irgendwo wohnen und der aufwärtstrend ist ungebrochen. Sollten die gewerblichen Objekte konsolidieren, der Neubau von Wohnobjekten ist einfach zu gering - ergo die wirtschaft läuft, wenn Immob. saniert, modernisiert und gebaut werden.
