Silver Wheaton (zukünftig: Wheaton Precious Metals) ist ein kanadisches Edelmetallhandels-Unternehmen mit Firmensitz in Vancouver.
Es wurde im Jahr 2004 gegründet und hat sich schnell als das größte Metallen Streaming-Unternehmen der Welt positioniert. Das Unternehmen hat derzeit Verträge mit 21 Minen und 8 Projekte in der Entwicklungsphase.
Der Fokus liegt auf Silber Kaufverträge aber auch zur Diversivizierung Gold und andere Edelmetalle.
Im Austausch gegen eine Vorauszahlung, hat Silver Wheaton Corp. das Recht, alle oder einen Teil der Silberproduktion zukaufen, für sehr niedrige Fixkosten aus hochwertigen Minen die sich in politisch stabilen Regionen befinden.
