Es wohl der grösste Übernahmedeal in der Schweizer Wirtschaftsgeschichte: Novartis will Nestlé den Augenpflegeprodukte-Hersteller Alcon in zwei Schritten für insgesamt 39 Milliarden US-Dollar abkaufen. Ich rechne damit, dass die Nestle Aktien in den nächsten Tagen ansteigen wird.
