Gute Entwicklung!
Der japanische Elektronikkonzern Panasonic steht offenbar kurz vor der
Übernahme des österreichischen Automobilzulieferers ZKW. Als Kaufpreis
für den Scheinwerfer-Spezialisten sind bis zu rund 1 Mrd. Euro im
Gespräch. Die Verhandlungen sind kurz vor dem Abschluss. Eine
Grundsatzvereinbarung ist noch in diesem Monat möglich. Panasonic
konzentriert sich angesichts des harten Preiskampfes bei Smartphones und
in der Unterhaltungselektronik seit einiger Zeit auf rentablere
Produkte etwa für die Autoindustrie und die LED-Lichttechnik
