Hallo zusammen,
die Deutsche Wohnen AG ist eine börsennotierte Immobilien-Aktiengesellschaft, die sich operativ auf die Wohnungsbewirtschaftung, das Portfoliomanagement und die Wohnungsprivatisierung konzentriert. Das Portfolio umfasst derzeit insgesamt fast 150.000 Einheiten, davon rund 147.000 Wohneinheiten und über 2.000 Gewerbeimmobilien.
Ich denke der Kurs ist eine Gelegenheit zum einsteigen. Das KGV ist nicht so schick aber die Dividende stimmt. Mal sehen. Gruß Dietmar
