Geringes Risiko - Guter Einstiegszeitpunkt
Das aktuelle KGV von ca. 18 ist zwar nicht gerade einladend, aber das Risiko bei dieser soliden Firma ist eigentlich gleich null. Ein Nettovermögen von ca. 14,-- EUR je Aktie spricht für sich.
Der Vorstandsvorsitzende Ulrich Höller erwartet Zuwächse bei den Vermietungsleistungen. Außerdem werden in erheblichem Umfang Immobilien zugekauft (200 - 300 Mill). Und, das sogenannte MainTor-Projekt ist beim aktuellen Baubeginn bereits verkauft. Siehe Bericht von Rohmert-Medien v. 11.08.2011. Auch die letzten "Profi-Analysen" von Unicredit und WestLB sind positiv: Kursziel jeweils 12,50 EUR! Der Insiderkauf von Herrn Höller rundet die Nachrichtenlage ab. Also sag ich kaufen!
