Die Überprüfung von Orkambi (Lumacaftor/Ivacaftor-Kombination) durch die FDA hat den Erwartungen weitgehend entsprochen.
Abgesehen von Übernahmegerüchten durch Sanofi oder GlaxoSmithKline könnte Vertex mit einer Zulassung, die für den 06.07.2015 erwartet wird, durchaus den Umsatz signifikant erhöhen.
