Genug gefallen
Alcatel-Lucent wird von Nokia übernommen, und der niedrige Übernahmepreis war für die Aktionäre eine Riesen Enttäuschung. Die Hoffnungen, dass da noch nachgebessert wird, schwinden immer weiter, und langfristige ALU-Bullen verkaufen die Aktie.
Es könnte vielleicht doch noch eine Nachbesserung geben, aber darauf kommt es gar nicht an. Inzwischen wird die Aktie meiner Meinung nach klar unter ihrem inneren Wert gehandelt, denn ein Teil der Übernahme wird mit Nokia-Aktien finanziert. Heutige ALU-Aktionäre sind zukünftige Nokia-Aktionäre, und für Nokia ist der günstige Übernahmepreis ein langfristiges Plus.
