ändler mit einem guten Händchen für Osteuropa betrachten die Aktie des russischen Energieriesen Gazprom seit vielen Jahren als "krass unterbewertet". Das ist sie auch. Mit einem Kurs-Gewinn-Verhältnis von 3,5 ist der Titel so billig wie noch nie. An der Börse kostet Gazprom nur noch so viel, wie der Konzern in dreieinhalb Jahren netto verdient.
Dabei ist der weltgrößte Gasförderer mit einer Netto-Umsatzrendite von 26,9 Prozent so profitabel wie kein anderer Versorger der Welt. Anleger lassen Aktien von Gazprom trotzdem kalt: An der Micex-Börse in Moskau kostet eine Aktie genauso viel wie im Januar -im dollarbasierten RTS-Handel sogar zehn Prozent weniger.
Wieso meiden Anleger Gazprom-Aktien, obwohl der Konzern so gute Zahlen vorlegt? Vermutlich ist die Skepsis auf generelle Vorbehalte gegenüber Russland zurückzuführen: Gazprom gehört mehrheitlich dem Staat und gilt als politisch gesteuert. Der Konzern wird praktisch wie eine Behörde und nicht wie ein Unternehmen geführt. Wenn es um Transparenz und Effizienz geht, hat das Unternehmen ebenso große Defizite wie in der Aktionärspolitik: Bis 2006 hat der Konzern keine Dividende gezahlt - das ist beispiellos unter den Großen in der Öl- und Versorgerbranche.
