Ein langer schwelender Kartellstreit ist beigelegt: Eon hat den Verkauf seines gut 10.000 Kilometer langen Hochspannungsnetzes nun offiziell bestätigt. Tennet übernehme die für das Netz zuständige Tochter Transpower Stromübertragungs GmbH einschließlich der vorhandenen Barmittel für vorläufig 1,1 Mrd. Euro.
