September 2014 - Der Windpark-Projektierer PNE WIND AG weitet sein Geschäftsmodell aus und finanziert dies durch die Ausgabe von bis zu 22.800.000 neuer Aktien sowie bis zu 7.750.000 neuer Wandelteilschuldverschreibungen. Den Erlös aus den Kapitalmaßnahmen in Höhe von bis zu 80,3 Mio. Euro plant die PNE WIND AG zur Finanzierung des Eigenkapitalanteils bei der Realisierung von Onshore-Windparkprojekten vor allem in Deutschland zu verwenden.
