Sicherheit ist natürlich immer relativ, aber solche REITs profitieren einfach von der globalen makroökonomischen Entwicklung:
Steigender Wohlstand und steigender Dollar bei niedrigen Zinsen in Amerika, und Schwäche in Europa. Wer profitieren will, leiht sich Geld in Europa, und investiert es in solche Werte ;-)
