Saftige Dividende von 8,5%,
die ständig steigt. Welches deutsche Immobilienunternehmen zahlt so viel? Für die USA rechne ich zunächst noch mit niedrigen Zinsen, aber auch mit Wirtschaftswachstum und Inflation. Auch die Fed investiert ihr "QE-Infinity" indirekt in diesen Sektor. Das ist gut für Immobilien. In Europa befürchte ich eher Deflation und würde den Sektor meiden. Das ist eine Empfehlung von Bret Jensen, aus seinem Artikel "2 High-Yield Plays For Falling Interest Rates"
