Konzernumbau
Wieder einmal kein guter Handelstag gestern für die E.ON-Aktie: Die Papiere des Düsseldorfer Energieversorgers gaben um 1,3% auf 12,16 Euro nach. Viel tiefer kann es jetzt wohl nicht mehr gehen.
Derweil setzt der E.ON den Konzernumbau weiter fort. Medienberichten zufolge stünden die Verkaufsverhandlungen über den Verkauf des niedersächsischen Braunkohlereviers Helmstedt und des Kraftwerks Helmstedt an die tschechische EP-Holding (EPH) kurz vor dem Abschluss. Und auch für den 20%-igen E.ON-Anteil am finnischen Gasunternehmen Gasum könnte sich schon bald ein Käufer finden. Der finnische Staat sei laut einem Regierungsvertreter an der Übernahme interessiert, es sei allerdings noch keine Einigung erzielt worden, hieß es.
