Roche: + 20 % übers Jahr ? und mehr
Bis jetzt (1.11.2013) haben wir bereits 25 % geschafft, ich lege aufgrund der neuesten Zahlen und des wirtschaftlichen Umfeldes nochmal 10 % drauf.
Aufgrund seiner Erfolge im vergangen Jahr hat Roche die Dividende auf 7,35 CHF erhöht, was eine Dividendenrendite von 3,6 % auf den augenblicklichen Kurs ergibt. Rechnet man aber auf den Zeitraum um, für den Dividende gezahlt wird, liegt die Rendite bei 4,7 % und zusätzlich der Kursgewinn bei über 20 %.
Aufgrund der Innovationskraft von Roche auf dem Pharmasektor und der Ausweitung seiner Diagnostiksparte traue ich der Aktie in diesem Jahr eine weitere Kurssteigerung von ca. 20 % zu.
