Die Commerzbank-Tochter BRE Bank dürfte im Jahr 2012 einen Überschuss erzielt haben, der in der Nähe des Rekordgewinns aus dem Jahre 2011 liegt. Da auch für das laufende Jahr mit einem ähnlich starken Ergebnis gerechnet wird, könnte die viertgrößte polnische Bank erstmals seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt wieder eine Dividende ausschütten. Vorstandschef Cezary Stypulkowski deutete an, dass man etwas weniger als die Hälfte des 2012er-Gewinns (etwa 276 Millionen Euro) ausschütten könnte. Davon würde natürlich die Commerzbank in besonderem Maße profitieren, die knapp 70 Prozent am Kreditinstitut hält.
