Schadensersatzklage
Die "Altlasten" von Arques scheinen Gigaset einzuholen. Anhängig ist eine 12 Millionen Schadensersatzklage. Bis zur endgültigen Klärung sollte man mit einem Neuinvestment abwartend umgehen. Ich rechne mit weiteren Kurseinbrüchen.
