Bei Fresenius Medical Care, kurz FMC, wird die Dividende nach einem Rekordjahr angehoben. Anteilseigner sollen je Aktie 0,69 Euro nach zuvor 0,65 Euro ausgeschüttet bekommen. Den Umsatz hat das DAX-notierte Unternehmen im vergangenen Jahr um 6 Prozent auf rund 12,8 Milliarden US-Dollar gesteigert. Operativ meldet das Unternehmen einen Gewinnanstieg von 1,92 Milliarden US-Dollar auf 2,08 Milliarden US-Dollar, unter dem Strich verdient FMC mit 1,07 Milliarden US-Dollar rund 9 Prozent mehr als im Vorjahreszeitraum.
Für 2012 kündigt FMC einen Umsatz von 14 Milliarden US-Dollar an, unter dem Strich soll ein Überschuss von 1,14 Milliarden US-Dollar anfallen. Rund 1,8 Milliarden US-Dollar will man zudem für Zukäufe ausgeben, so das Unternehmen am Dienstag.
