Ständig steigende Dividenden
...sind ein gutes Argument für eine Aktie. "Anlagenotstand" ist heutzutage ein Dauerzustand, und wer nicht weiß, was er kaufen soll, der kann immer noch Bayer kaufen. Wie krisenfest die Aktie ist, hat sie 2008/09 bewiesen. Eine Aktie, die man kaufen und liegen lassen kann. Ich meine danach besteht zur Zeit ein gesteigertes Bedürfnis.
Im September war die Aktie um bis zu 20% günstiger als heute, und da habe ich auch vorsichtig gekauft. Leider habe ich damals keine Empfehlung abgegeben, und ich hole das mit dem heutigen Rücksetzer nach. Ich habe heute morgen 44,40 € bezahlt, und setze das hier als Kauflimit.
Mein Kursziel ist natürlich "konservativ", und könnte leicht übertroffen werden. Aber davon hängt die Rentabilität nicht ab, und das ist der große Vorteil von Bayer.
