Das Übernahmeangebot von Mondelez erscheint zwar sehr lukrativ, ich denke aber, dass die Firma unabhängig bleiben möchte. Letztlich entscheidet der Aktionär, aber bei einem überschaubaren Streubesitz wird sich die Stiftung wohl durchsetzen. Ich glaube nicht, dass Mondelez noch wesentlich nachlegt, bedeutet das die alte Bewertung wohl wieder eintreten sollte.
