2014 hat die Bank Strafgelder, Vergleichszahlungen und Entschädigungen an Kunden und andere Rückstellungen i.H.v. 3,7 Milliarden Dollar gezahlt. Die EK-Rendite ist um fast 2% auf 7,3% gefallen, entgegen der Ansage von 2011 bis zu 15% bis 2016 zu erreichen. Weitere Ermittlungen und Rechtsstreitigkeiten und letztlich auch die große Abhängigkeit vom Asien-Geschäft (zunehmender Wettbewerbsdruck) lassen meines Erachtens eher fallende Kurse erwarten.
