Die US-Wettbewerbshüter haben am Mittwoch ein klares Nein zu dem 39 Milliarden Dollar (umgerechnet 27 Milliuarden Euro) schweren Verkauf an den Telekommunikationsriesen AT&T ausgesprochen. Der Fall liegt nun vor einem Gericht in Washington, bei dem das Justizministerium Klage eingereicht hatte, um den Verkauf juristisch zu stoppen. Vor dem Gericht können die Telekommunikationskonzerne nun versuchen, das Geschäft doch noch durchzuboxen. Ich halte die Kursreaktionen für übertrieben, mittelfristig sollte es der Dt. Telekom gelingen wieder deutlich über 9 EUR steigen zu können.
