Glu Mobile hebt Prognose an
San Mateo (aktiencheck.de AG) - Die amerikanische Glu Mobile Inc. (ISIN US3798901068/ WKN A0MLUQ) hat am Donnerstagabend nach Börsenschluss seine Ergebnisprognose für das zweite Quartal nach oben revidiert.
Wie aus einer Pressemitteilung des Spieleanbieters für Tablet-PC´s und Mobiltelefone hervorgeht, erwartet man für das am 30. Juni endende zweite Quartal nunmehr einen Umsatz von 16,0 bis 17,0 Mio. US-Dollar. Zuletzt hatte der Konzern hier Umsatzerlöse von 15,0 bis 16,5 Mio. US-Dollar in Aussicht gestellt. Sehr dynamisch entwickelte sich die Umsatzentwicklung im Smartphone-Segment: Hier stellt der Entwickler von 3D-Spielen nunmehr für das zweite Quartal einen Umsatz im Bereich von 8,25 bis 8,75 Mio. US-Dollar in Aussicht, nachdem man hier zuvor von Umsatzerlösen von 7,25 bis 8,25 Mio. US-Dollar ausgegangen war.
Beim bereinigten Ergebnis je Aktie stellt Glu Mobile nunmehr für das laufende Quartal einen Verlust von 4 bis 5 Cents je Aktie in Aussicht. Zuvor hatte man hier noch einen Verlust von 4 bis 6 Cents prognostiziert.

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Glu Mobile Inc. /quotes/comstock/15*!gluu/quotes/nls/gluu GLUU +13.09% on Tuesday posted first-quarter net loss of $3.2 million, or 6 cents a share, compared to a loss of $3.7 million, or 12 cents a share in the same period a year earlier. The mobile game publisher said revenue for the period ended March 31 fell to $16.4 million from $17.3 million.
