hatte zuvor mit 5,59 US-Dollar notiert. Novell-Großaktionär Elliot Associates, der
das Unternehmen Anfang März zu je 5,75 US-Dollar je Aktie beziehungsweise insgesamt
rund 2 Mrd. US-Dollar übernehmen wollte, soll eine Beteiligung an Attachmate erhalten.
