Avocet Mining hat heute bekanntgegeben, daß Sie Ihre Minen-Projekte in Malaysia und Indonesien für 200 Mio. USD verkaufen.
Die Firma fokussiert sich nun voll auf die neue Inata Mine in Burkina Faso, wo heuer bereits 220.000 oz Gold gefördert werden sollen.
Zudem wurden in der nahen Umgebung der Inata Mine weitere vielversprechende Goldvorkommen gemeldet.
Zusätzlich haben Bohrungen in einem ca 20km entfernten Gebiet (Souma Trend in Bélahouro) sehr gute Resultate gebracht.
Weiter Aktivitäten sind:
- das neue Tri-K Exploration Programm in Guinea – dort gibt es bereits vielversprechende Bohrergebnisse.
- bei den Morila Minen (Randgold Resources) in Mali – dort sollen Anfang 2011 die Exploration Arbeiten beginnen.
