Übernahmespekulation und Kapitalerhöhung
Spekulation auf Übernahme / Teilübernahme.
Nach den Vergleich zwischen Gigaset und dem Insolvenzverwalter der Sommer Road Cargo Solutions GmbH + Co. KG stehen nun Kapitalmaßnahmen an.
Hierbei steht ein Investor aus Hongkong vor dem Einstieg bei Gigaset, auch ein Übernahmeangebot ist zu erwarten. Zum einen wird Gigaset eine Wandelanleihe im Volumen von mehr als 23 Millionen Euro platzieren. Das Papier ist am 23. März 2015 fällig und wird mit 3 Prozent verzinst. Zum anderen will die Gesellschaft im Verhältnis 23 alte zu 9 junge Aktien im Rahmen einer Kapitalerhöhung mehr als 19,57 Millionen Anteilsschein neu ausgeben.
