Turnaround-Strategie
Alcatel-Lucent soll für China Telecom IMS Netzwerke in Shanghai und der Shandong Provinz errichten. Damit ist die Tochter "Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell" der alleinige IMS Versorger für Shangdong Telecom und ein wichtiger Netzwerk Ausrüster für Shanghai Telecom im Vorfeld der Shanghai Expo 2010. Damit hat Alcatel-Lucent seine führende Position auf dem chinesischen Mega-Markt gefestigt. Technisch sehe ich ebenfalls einen guten Zeitpunkt zum Einstieg im Rahmen einer Turnaround-Strategie.
