Also, ich hab mir die Zahlen von Marriott mal genauer angeschaut und muss sagen, die sehen echt gut aus! Die Bewertung ist zwar nicht gerade günstig, aber bei dem Wachstum und der Marktposition finde ich das okay. Was mich besonders überzeugt, ist wie gut die sich nach Corona erholt haben. Klar, die Waldbrände in L.A. sind erstmal blöd für's Geschäft, aber langfristig sehe ich da echt Potenzial. Die Leute wollen ja trotzdem reisen und irgendwo übernachten. Marriott hat 'ne starke Marke und ist gut aufgestellt. Ich denke, da geht noch was nach oben, vielleicht so Richtung 285€. Ist natürlich nur meine Meinung, aber ich bin da echt optimistisch!
