Ich denke, Vertex ist trotz des Rückschlags bei der Schmerzstudie immer noch ein Kauf. Klar, die Aktie ist etwas gefallen, aber das Kerngeschäft mit Mukoviszidose-Medikamenten läuft super. Die Bewertung ist mit einem KGV von 23 auch nicht übertrieben. Vertex hat eine starke Pipeline und genug Cash für neue Entwicklungen. Der Flop bei der Schmerzstudie ist ärgerlich, aber kein Dealbreaker. Langfristig sehe ich hier noch viel Potenzial, vor allem wenn die anderen Pipeline-Kandidaten erfolgreich sind. Ich bleibe optimistisch und setze ein Kursziel von 420,50€.
