Good news ...

... FB muß weniger Steuern bezahlen (Quelle: dpa-AFX v. 7.10.12) - das Unternehmen wolle eine Kreditlinie von 3 Mrd $ halbieren. Davon sollten Steuern bezahlt werden, wenn Mitarbeiter ihre Aktienopionen einlösen. Eine m. E. sehr vernünftige Entscheidung, da sich der Kurs der Aktie seit Börsengang ja immerhin auch fast halbiert hat. Ich würde als dafür verantwortlich Handelnder bei FB diese Linie jedoch im Hinblick auf die auslaufenden lock-up-Fristen nochmal deutlich nach unten korrigieren, um weiter Steuern zu sparen (Quelle: US Securities and Exchange Commission):
