Die Bayer AG (ISIN: DE000BAY0017) will wie im Vorjahr eine Dividende von 2,80 Euro ausschütten, wie der DAX-Konzern am Donnerstag mitteilte. Auf Basis des derzeitigen Börsenkurses von 68,65 Euro entspricht dies einer aktuellen Dividendenrendite von 4,08 Prozent. Die nächste Hauptversammlung findet am 28. April 2020 statt.
Der Konzernumsatz erhöhte sich im vergangenen Jahr währungs- und portfoliobereinigt um 3,5 Prozent (nominal: 18,5 Prozent) auf 43,55 Mrd. Euro, wie weiter berichtet wurde. Das EBITDA vor Sondereinflüssen stieg um 28,3 Prozent auf 11,50 Mrd. Euro. Belastet wurde es durch negative Währungseffekte von 43 Mio. Euro. Das Konzernergebnis stieg um 141,4 Prozent auf 4,09 Mrd. Für das Jahr 2020 erwartet Bayer für das fortzuführende Geschäft einen Umsatz (währungsbereinigt) von etwa 44 Mrd. bis 45 Mrd. Euro. Dies entspricht einer Steigerung um etwa 3 bis 4 Prozent (währungsbereinigt). Für das bereinigte Ergebnis je Aktie plant Bayer einen Anstieg auf 7,00 bis 7,20 Euro (währungsbereinigt).
