Moin Leute! Hab mir gerade die neuesten Zahlen von Vonovia angeschaut und muss sagen, ich bin echt positiv überrascht. Klar, die machen immer noch Verluste, aber die haben sich echt verbessert. Der Nettoverlust ist auf 592 Millionen Euro geschrumpft - das ist schon mal was! Und was mich richtig optimistisch stimmt: Die bestätigen ihre Prognose für's Gesamtjahr und peilen sogar das obere Ende an. Bei dem aktuellen Kurs von knapp unter 30€ sehe ich da echt Potenzial. Klar, der Immobilienmarkt ist gerade nicht einfach, aber Vonovia scheint die Kurve zu kriegen. Ich denke, da geht noch was nach oben, vielleicht sogar Richtung 35-36€. Ist natürlich nur meine Meinung, aber ich bleib da auf jeden Fall dran!
